Gain exposure, mentorship, and guidance within their preferred career of interest and the overall commercial real estate industry.
Develop valuable skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
Enhance college and job applications with hands-on experience and industry insights.
Focus Fields: Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Finance & Brokerage
In Office Involvement:
Students will have the opportunity to shadow professionals from various departments within participating companies. They will observe daily operations, attend meetings, and engage with hands-on projects to apply their knowledge during the shadowing experience (at the CREW member’s discretion) to understand the dynamics of the commercial real estate industry.
Program Components Final Presentation/ Showcase (estimated August):
At the conclusion of the program hours, students will have the opportunity to showcase their learnings and experiences through a final presentation. This presentation will allow students to reflect on their journey, share insights gained, and receive feedback from mentors and school coordinators.
