CREW Dallas Leadership Institute (CDLI)

The CREW Dallas Leadership Institute is an executive-level program that has partnered with the SMU Cox School of Business, James M. Collins Executive Education Center to provide members of all career levels with skills and strategies to meet the demands of an increasingly changing environment.

The Leadership Institute programs are held every other year, and it is LIMITED to 25 CREW Dallas Members. The program consists of a half-day kick-off, six (6) SMU full-day sessions from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., as well as a half-day of service with “Attitudes and Attire.”

The 2025 program dates are: Feb. 21st, March 7th, April 4th, May 2nd, Sept. 12th, Sept. 19th, Oct. 17th, Nov. 7th. The program fee includes sessions, all materials, two meals, and parking. Members selected for the program, must attend all SMU sessions to be eligible for the SMU Cox School of Business Certificate. All sessions are eligible for Continuing Education Credits.

All the sessions have been carefully selected to develop members in key leadership competencies. Leading Self, Leading Others-teams-stakeholders and Leading in an Organization, that will help transform YOU and your career.

To qualify for the CDLI program:

• Members must register and complete the application.

• A $100 non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of registration.

• The remaining non-refundable $3,900 balance must be paid by March 1.

• Members must have their 2025 membership fee paid no later than March 1 to remain eligible.

$100 at registration, the remaining $3,900 to must be paid by no later than Jan. 31, 2025. The $100 initial registration fee is refundable if not selected for the program. Registration fee is non-refundable if selected and cancel or do not pay the full fee of the program when due.
