About Ursuline Academy:

Ursuline Academy of Dallas is an independent Catholic college preparatory school for young women in grades 9-12. Educating students for 150 years, the Academy is the oldest continuously operating school in Dallas. With a distinguished tradition of academic excellence, innovation, and service, Ursuline educates young women for leadership in a global society. Total enrollment is more than 880 young women. Opportunity:

CREW Dallas members and their company will mentor a rising senior, providing the student(s) with an opportunity to gain experience about the company and a focused role to be assigned for one (1) to three (3) sessions between June 2 – August 13, 2025.

Internship & Mentorship focus:

Students are interested in Architecture, Brokerage, Engineering, Finance, Interior Design, and Marketing.

Internship Hour Requirements & Sessions:

Participating member companies will offer a minimum of 60 hours* of unpaid work/exposure to this field, with completion of required hours between June 2nd and mid-August and/or within the assigned session date(s) selected.
*Ursuline coordinator will consider a student’s 60 hours if they are shared by similar industry companies in the event a company cannot commit to the full 60 hours. E.g., Company A – 30 hours, Company B – 30 hours.

·         Session 1: June 2nd – June 20th
·         Session 2: June 23rd – July 18th
·         Session 3: July 21st – August 13th


Internship Overview:

·         Provide the student with opportunities to apply critical thinking and gain firsthand experience and observation.
·         Offer student exposure to various aspects and areas of this field.
·         Incorporate meaningful activities/tasks to provide the student with a well-rounded understanding of the profession.
·         Maintain regular contact with the student to ensure progress and build relationships during the internship.
·         Provide a safe and appropriate work environment for the student.

Assignment & Scheduling:

Upon receipt of a member company’s interest in participating, the CREW Careers committee will share the preferred member’s email with Ursuline’s Student Internship Program Coordinator. The school’s coordinator will match student interest to your company and then send you an email with your student’s name and email address. The student will contact you directly to schedule a meeting to discuss a summer work schedule. The schedule can be flexible based on the mentor’s availability and however required to occur within the dates of the session(s) assigned.
