Groundbreakers Career Growth & Development

This four-part, in-person coaching program is designed specifically for rising professionals under 35 in the commercial real estate industry. It offers a unique opportunity to build the leadership, business strategy, and communication skills that directly contribute to stronger performance, better collaboration, and more strategic decision-making. The program is facilitated by two seasoned executive coaches, Erin Aldrich-Shean, MBA, and Erin Johnston, JD, both of whom are certified by the International Coaching Federation. Each session is structured to combine coaching with hands-on application, interactive peer learning, and action planning.

This program is for CREW Dallas members only, reduced-rate dues being 6/15/2025.

Core Session Topics:

1)      Lead with Your Strengths [Leverage Strengths in the Workplace]
Understand and apply your Clifton Strengths to improve workplace performance and team dynamics.
2)      Relationships that Drive Results [Personal Network Revenue Creation]
Master strategic networking to expand your influence, create opportunities, and generate revenue.
3)      Blueprint for Bold Moves [Think Like the Boss]
Build a personal business plan that aligns with your long-term goals and day-to-day execution.
4)      Your Circle of Influence [Executive Presence]
Develop a personal board of directors and grow your leadership presence with intention and clarity.

Program Format | Full Group Format With Small Group Breakouts - (4) In-Person Sessions

  • All participants (up to 24) gather approximately every three (3) weeks in one large group setting.

  • Each session includes interactive large-group instruction and facilitated small-group breakout exercises.

  • This format provides the benefit of broad community-building paired with smaller-group support and deeper connection.

Class times are from 6:00 - 8:00 PM

Participants Will leave the Program With:

  • A personalized Clifton Strengths profile and action plan

  • A drafted one-page business plan for career or business growth

  • A curated professional network and personal board of directors

  • Clear strategies for leveraging networking to generate new opportunities

  • Increased confidence, clarity, and executive presence

  • Certification badge upon completion of program
