Partnership Committee

Our partnership committee guides the development and management of partnership offerings to ensure they align with the organization’s strategic goals and values. The committee establishes partnership policies and standards, monitors performance and outcomes, and supports continuous improvement. It works to renew existing partnerships and cultivate new ones, shepherding each relationship through the full partnership lifecycle. Overall, the committee ensures that partnerships are intentional, well-governed, and deliver meaningful, sustained value to the organization and our partners.

Renewal Vice Chair: OPEN

• Leads efforts to retain and renew prior-year partners through consultative discussions, understanding partner goals, and aligning partnership opportunities with desired exposure and outcomes.

Prospecting Vice Chair Emily Eckeberger

• Leads efforts to identify, engage, and cultivate new partnership opportunities by researching and engaging prospective partners, understanding their objectives, and positioning partnership offerings aligned with mutual goals.

Reporting Vice Chair Heather Abel

• Responsible for maintaining and managing the partnership commitments, ensuring accurate reporting against budget, and providing a report that is easily accessible to leadership and committees for Partner recognition. 

Marketing Vice Chair Cynthia Cowen

• Works with the marketing team to ensure the creation of our annual campaign materials and co-branded content to enhance partner visibility at organization events, increasing value for all stakeholders.
