2026 Letter from the President

BUILD & BELONG
Belong Here | Build Relationship | Build Careers
Greetings!,
Happy International Women's Month! I hope your 2026 is off to a great start with renewed energy and hopefully renewed membership, too!
I am incredibly honored to serve as your Chapter President, with the promise of making this an extraordinary year. Our mission is to be a powerful network that creates success for women in commercial real estate. Our theme – Build & Belong, inviting you to step fully into all doors that CREW opens for you, where you can build relationships and your career with CREW.
To fully appreciate our collective efforts, it's important to understand the structure of CREW, the four integral entities within CREW, united by a shared mission.
1. CREW Network: Our national organization, which fosters business relationships and provides a platform for professional growth on a global scale.
2. CREW Network Foundation: Dedicated to advancing the next generation of women in commercial real estate by providing scholarships to students studying in the field.
3. CREW Dallas: Our local chapter focuses on professional and business development, mentorship, and networking.
4. CREW in the Community (CIC): A 501(c)(3) organization, supported by CREW Dallas, that gives back locally through initiatives like our needs-based scholarship fund, which supports female students in our community seeking higher education.
Our organization thrives through the collective commitment of every member. There are so many ways you can make a difference! Here are a few I invite you to consider:
Contribute to CREW Network Foundation's Chapter Challenge by being part of the 50% of membership that gives towards the chapter challenge ($25 minimum per member). Greatest Need
Contribute your time and talent by participating in a committee. Truly, the best way to make a difference is while building relationships and enhancing your own professional growth. With 16 committees, there are opportunities for everyone, including leadership development, mentorship, and relationship building.
Join us at our luncheons and meet our committee leaders. Committee tables will be set up with information and signups.
Your involvement will strengthen our chapter and help us continue advancing our mission.
Commitment to sustainability: For CREW to grow and sustain its impact, we need 100% commitment from our membership. You are the face of CREW, and you can help promote our mission with your network and throughout the broader community. Follow us on social media and engage with our posts.

Recruit colleagues: 2026 promises to be a year packed with events, from our monthly luncheons, our member-only programs, our annual golf tournament at the PGA, and, of course, the CREW Network's Annual Convention in Miami. And while you enjoy everything that CREW Dallas has to offer, spread the love and the word, invite people who would benefit from our programming and the organization.
Last but not least, CREW Dallas offers meaningful partnership opportunities for firms seeking to align with the region's most influential companies while supporting a leading organization for women in commercial real estate. You can visit our partnerships page for more information and opportunities.
I would love the opportunity to get to know each and every one of you. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me with questions and suggestions, or even better, an invitation to grab a coffee!
