CREW in the Community
Our goal is to systematically increase awareness and expose DFW high school students to potential career paths within the Commercial Real Estate industry.
CREW Careers committee members can facilitate partnerships between CREW Dallas members and DFW high schools & preparatory networks in the following ways:

· Career Panels
· Resume Review
· Mock Interviews
· Job Shadowing & Internships*
· Mentorship
· Support for Existing School Programs

CREW Careers Summer Internship Coordinator Needed. The CREW Careers Committee is in urgent need of an internship coordinator to serve as the point person between CREW member companies that host interns and students' schools. Last year's CREW members hosted around a half dozen students. More engagement is needed during April and May to secure host companies and interface with the school.
