IMPACT Luncheon

WHO We Are

Our annual IMPACT Luncheon showcases CREW in the Community and its philanthropic efforts to our members and guests. The IMPACT Luncheon began in 2021 as a way to bring awareness to CIC's mission to the greater DFW community while also generating additional fundraising for our scholarship fund. Past speakers for the IMPACT Luncheon include:

• 2021 – Brittany Barnett, past CIC grant recipient and founder of Girls Embracing Mothers

• 2022 – Cynt Marshall, Dallas Mavericks CEO, with moderator Aaliyah Haqq, CREW Dallas member

• 2023 – Darren Woodson, former Dallas Cowboys safety and principal at Cresa, and moderator Meredith Land, NBC5 News anchor

• 2024 - Carly Patterson, Olympic gold medal gymnast

CIC also gives two very special awards at the annual IMPACT Luncheon – the Heart of CREW award and the Philanthropic Excellence award. These awards honor CREW Dallas members who have made significant contributions towards our mission.

Becoming a sponsor contributes toward the CREW in the Community Education Fund, while promoting your company and providing networking opportunities with fellow CREW Dallas members and our supporters.
