CREW Growth Groups are dynamic communities of 3 – 5 CREW Dallas members, with diverse perspectives and experience levels, coming together to support each other's growth and development.  Growth Groups are thoughtfully curated to create a conducive environment for meaningful exchanges, mutual learning, and continuous improvement. Whether you are an experienced CRE veteran who is happy with your role or new to the industry and planning what’s next, we all have something we can learn and new heights we can reach with the support of a dedicated, diverse group of individuals.

The Growth Group program is a self-led 12-month program that serves as a great way to facilitate meaningful conversations on a regular basis, holding you accountable to yourself and your group.

The suggested meeting curriculum is designed to spark intentional conversations that will accelerate your personal and professional growth. Simultaneously, it will expand your professional network with other industry professionals who are committed to seeing you reach your full potential!
