Julianna Brooks

Julianna Brooks is the President and Founder of CivitasPACE finance, and is part of the Bradford Companies team, where she is responsible for leading strategy and business development activities. She has built her career around CRE, from ground up construction to operations, asset management and project finance. With this wide lens perspective of the CRE industry, she helps owners and developers leverage creative capital stack solutions to usher their assets into the next, more sustainable chapter of the industry. She has helped owners leverage C-PACE financing on deals across the country, from hospitality conversions to ground-up storage developments.
