Leadership Development Committee

The Leadership Development Committee oversees the CREW Dallas Leadership Institute (CDLI), a multi-session program offered every other year in partnership with the SMU Cox School of Business. The committee manages program marketing, budgeting, and participant selection while providing exclusive networking gatherings for CDLI alumni.

• 2027 CDLI Planning Vice Chair - Lydia Donnell

  • The planning subcommittee members are responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of the SMU Leadership program, ensuring smooth class delivery, strong participant experience, and adherence to budget and contracts.

• CDLI Alumni Vice Chairs - Reagan Busby & Tina Douglas

  • The alumni subcommittee members are responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of social and alumni events, ensuring adherence to approved budgets, effective promotion, and a high-quality experience for all participants.

• Partnership Vice Chair - Open Position

  • Determine and request partnership recognition for each event throughout the year to ensure that all partners and sponsors are properly highlighted and thanked at the committee events, in marketing material, signage, presentations and verbally during opening remarks.

• Marketing Vice Chair - Jenna Gause

  • The Marketing Vice Chair committee serves as the dedicated connection between their committee and the marketing team to ensure timely, accurate, and strategic promotion of events and initiatives.
