State of The Retail Market

Please join us for a state of the retail market panel that will give insight into the current retail developments and trends in the DFW market. Panelists include Elizabeth Herman Fulton, vice president with CBRE and Monica Luera and Blake Bickmore vice presidents of development with Trademark. The panel will be moderated by Aarohi Pilankar, principal and studio director of OTJ.

• Regular: Salad: Watermelon and heirloom tomato salad with feta, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic glaze and micro herbs. Entree: Salmon wish asparagus risotto & herb roasted tomato relish. Desert: Key lime tart w/ mango & raspberry coulis.

Entree: Zucchini noodle putanesca - Spirals of tender zucchini tossed w/ spicy crushed marzano tomatoes, kalamata olives, capers & garlic. Desert: Raspberry or lemon Sorbet (DF)
