High School Development Competition

Hosted by CREW Dallas’ CREW Careers® outreach initiative, this competitive event is designed for high school girls to explore commercial real estate careers. Participants learn about project development, tour a real-world property, and collaborate in teams to propose a development plan to a panel of judges.

Delivered as a one-day, interactive experience, the competition pairs students with mentors and exposes them to real CRE careers—brokerage, finance, architecture, property development, and more.
