This cohort experience is supported by the CREW Dallas Culture & Growth Committee, which helps CREW Dallas grow strategically through a lens that values all cultures and engages all voices in our community.

Application Deadline & Selection
•June 1, 2026: Deadline to apply.
•September 2026: Applications reviewed and interviews conducted; selected cohort members notified.
•December 2026: Selected cohort members announced and celebrated during the Holiday Awards Luncheon.
Who Should Apply
•Not a current CREW Dallas member
•A past CREW Dallas member
•5+ years of career experience in a qualified field of commercial real estate and currently employed full-time. View Qualified Fields of Commercial Real Estate | CREW Network.
•Female or identify as female.
•Identify as a person of color.
Cohort Member Benefits (2026/2027 Benefits)
•Complimentary 15-month membership in CREW Network, beginning October 1, 2026
•Complimentary 15-month membership in CREW Dallas, beginning October 1, 2026
•One complimentary Industry Program luncheon registration (recipients are expected to attend multiple CREW Dallas events as part of the program).
•Expanded access to CREW Network and CREW Dallas member-only programming and opportunities, including thought leadership, networking, and leadership development - over 180+ annual events.
Cohort Member Expectations
Selected cohort members commit to active engagement between October 1, 2026, and December 31, 2027.
•Join the Culture and Growth Committee
•Attend monthly committee meetings either in-person or virtually.
•Volunteer with the C&G committee or at one of our signature events, options include CREW in the Community IMPACT Luncheon, CREW Dallas Golf Tournament, or the Annual Holiday Luncheon.
•Attend at least four (4) Program Industry Luncheons in 2027, with one (1) complimentary registration provided
•Attend at least two (2) CREW Connect events, options include professional development speakers and networking breakfast, networking after hours, and dine arounds in 2027.
•Participate in a focus group and provide feedback to help CREW Dallas grow strategically through a lens that values all cultures and engages all voices in our community
•Participate in periodic check-ins to support your experience and impact with CREW Dallas.
What You’ll Submit
A completed application includes the following Application Documents:
•Online application fully completed.
•Personal Statement of Interest (not exceeding 500 words) stating your reasons for wanting to join CREW Dallas and your career goals in CRE.
•Resume, CV, or bio (upload).
•Headshot (optional upload).
