Indu Sanka, an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur, serves as the dynamic CEO of Red Elephant, a renowned design and architectural signage manufacturing and installation company that caters to diverse commercial facilities. For the past 15 years, Red Elephant has been simplifying and streamlining the visual branding of properties through their strong expertise and consistently reliable customer service. Under Indu's astute guidance, Red Elephant has grown tenfold in the last five years, gaining recognition as an INC 5000 listed company two years in a row and most recently as a Dallas 100 company. Today, Red Elephant's extensive project portfolio spans Texas and six other neighboring states, enabling them to reach a broad customer base with their superior expertise and consistent customer service.

Indu is a trailblazer in the women business owners' community, renowned for her strategic partnership-building efforts among women-owned companies. Her unwavering commitment to women empowerment has won her many prestigious awards from the Women's Business Council. She has also made it to the prestigious Dallas Business Journal 40 under 40 list in 2022. Indu is a true global citizen, hailing from India, where she developed a deep passion for yoga and meditation, earning her diploma in her teens, followed by an undergraduate degree in engineering. She later completed her MBA in corporate finance and business analytics, graduating as valedictorian from Southern Methodist University's professional MBA program. Most recently Indu is recognized with Outstanding Young Alumni award by SMU Cox School of Business.

With 12 years of prior experience in corporate consulting for several top-tier brands, including Southwest Airlines, Indu honed her skills and developed her adventurous career trajectory, constantly pushing herself to reach greater heights. She thrives on challenges and eschews comfort zones, always striving to achieve her goals. Indu enjoys spending time with her husband and two wonderful kids, residing in Irving.
