2025 Letter From the President

Dear CREW Dallas Members,

As we begin an exciting new year, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible work of CREW Dallas and the broader CREW family while encouraging your continued engagement in our mission. Together, we are shaping the future of women in commercial real estate, and 2025 promises even more opportunities to Innovate, Inspire, and Impact.

The Structure of CREW

To fully appreciate our collective efforts, it’s important to understand the alignment of the four integral entities within CREW:

  • CREW Network: Our national organization, which fosters business relationships and provides a platform for professional growth on a global scale.

  • CREW Network Foundation: Dedicated to advancing the next generation of women in commercial real estate by providing scholarships to junior, senior, and graduate students studying in the field.

  • CREW Dallas: Our local chapter, focused on professional and business development, mentorship, and networking.

  • CREW in the Community (CIC): A 501(c)(3) organization, supported by CREW Dallas, that gives back locally through initiatives like our needs-based scholarship fund, which supports female students in our community seeking higher education.

These entities are united by a shared mission: advancing women in the industry. Understanding their unique roles will help us all contribute meaningfully to their success.

Your Role in Supporting the CREW Mission

Our mission thrives through the collective commitment of every member. Here are three key ways you can contribute:

Financial Support

Financial contributions are vital to fulfilling our mission. In January, we will continue to focus on completing the CREW Network Foundation's Chapter Challenge, which includes:

  • 100% board giving (already achieved!)

  • $1,000 chapter donation (already achieved!)

  • 50% membership giving ($25 minimum per member). As of today, 39% of our members have donated. Please help us reach our 50% goal.

In February, we’ll shift our efforts to the CREW in the Community Scholarship Fund, aiming to provide more scholarships for local female students in need. I am challenging every member to participate in our 2025 Member Challenge to support CREW in the Community. Every contribution, no matter the size, has a profound impact. If we all participate, our collective efforts will drive even greater change. By donating $25 or $25/mo for 10 months or a $250 flat donation to CIC, you will directly impact our community.

*Every member that donates $250 between January 1st and March 15th will be entered into a drawing to win a complimentary registration for the 2025 CREW Network Convention in Austin in October. The winner will be announced at the March industry luncheon.

Time and Talent

CREW Dallas is built on the dedication of its members, and participating on a committee is one of the best ways to make a difference while enhancing your own professional growth. With 16 committees, there are opportunities for everyone, including leadership development, mentorship, and relationship building.

I encourage you to meet our committee leaders and learn more at our January, February, and March luncheons. Committee tables will be set up with information and signups. Your involvement strengthens our chapter and helps us continue advancing our mission.

Commitment to Sustainability

For CREW to grow and sustain its impact year after year, we need 100% commitment from our membership. You are the face of CREW, and we ask for your continued help in sharing our mission with your network and throughout the broader community. Follow us on social media and engage with our posts.

Looking Ahead

At our January luncheon, we’ll kick off the year by asking for your support of CREW Network Foundation. In February, we’ll focus on local impact through CREW in the Community. I challenge each of you to contribute what you can—whether it’s your time, talent, or financial resources. Together, we can provide more opportunities for future generations of women in commercial real estate.
